How long does it take to ship orders?

Processing and packing times take approximately 1-3 business days and depending on the location and size of the order, the shipping time is approximately 4-14 business days.

Do you ship out of Canada?

We currently ship to USA, EU, and ANZAC countries. Please refer to our Shipping page.

Do you price match?

We price match any item that is carried and in stock by a Canadian competitor with a proof of advertisement, invoice, or flyer. Please contact us at info@adorabeautysupply.com with your Price Match requests.

In store we take cash, Interac debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Business Cheques. On our website we take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as form of payment.

Free Shipping: Most orders over $100 ship free.

Flat Rate Shipping: Most orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $22.

Shipping Times: Most orders ship next business day. In most cases you can expect delivery in 4-9 business days. Shipping times depend on where you are located in Canada.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Discount Shipping: Orders over $100 ship for a flat rate of $25.

Import Fees & Duties

We ship all products from Vancouver, Canada. So there are no import fees or duties for items shipped within Canada.

Shipping to USA?
Orders under $200 will not typically be charged duties or import fees, however, the buyer is ultimately responsible for any import fees, taxes, and or duties.
