Return & Exchange Policy
TEMPORARY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our operations and procedures at Adora Beauty Supply. We continue to closely monitor the rapidly evolving situation and make decisions that allow us to operate a clean, open and stocked store to serve our customers and support our associates. Out of an abundance of caution, we made the decision to temporarily suspend returns & exchanges, to better protect the safety of our customers. Due to our inability to monitor products that have left our store, we are declining all returns & exchanges (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges) for the safety of our customers and staff members. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, that is why only defective products will be accepted for exchanges at this time. We will continue to monitor the progress of the pandemic, to follow the guidelines from WorkSafeBC and to adjust our policies accordingly in the future. We thank you for your patience, understanding and support during this time.
Broken, damaged or defective products: We are sorry that your products didn't arrive in optimal conditions. Please contact us so we can replace the product immediately or refund your order.
Changed your mind?: We can only accept returns for unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. You will need to pay the return shipping. If you are returning the full order and your order received free shipping, you will need to pay the return shipping plus the original shipping cost.
We can no longer accept returns on nail polish, nail treatments as well as any beauty products that don't come with a manufacturer seal, as we are unable to tell if the product has been opened and/or used.
For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns, including but not limited, of nail polishes, gels, brushes, nail clippers, chemicals, files, tips, lotions, shampoo / conditioner, and furniture.
We do not accept returns on clearance items.
In any case, please email the details of the situation including your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you as best as we can. Please do not send us products back untill you have a return authorization number.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date your order is placed.
We reserve all rights to refuse returns and exchanges.
Sold Out or Back-ordered Items
Occasionally we will run out of stock on certain products that have high demand. Sold Out products will be marked with a "Sold Out" label in the product page. We will still offer you the option to purchase sold out items and we will do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee the delivery for these products. In case we are unable to fulfill your order on sold out products, we will contact you with two options:
- We can refund you for the sold out product and ship the remainder of your order.
- You can replace the sold out product with another product of equal price.
